Return Policy

Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 2 days of the delivery date. After this period, we will not be able to accept returns.

Inspection and Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 2 days.

Cancellation Policy

Custom or personalized orders.

Refund for Canceled Orders: If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you must follow the return process to receive a refund.
